Lost 2FA Access

I lost my 2FA access and backup codes. I’ve submitted a ticket #2174975

Hi @erikb,

Normally you get an automated response on the ticket asking you to complete some validation steps. Have you done that and replied back?

@domjh I received an email with the ticket number and the standard bit about priority of requests and how to login to check the status of the ticket. No requests for information or validation.
