Lost 2FA Access to My Account

Hello, I need some help about my issue.

So I have lost 2FA access to my account. I already requested temporary code several weeks ago but because I opened the email a bit later the code has expired. I have requested new code but the emails didn’t come in.

I also have just submitted a ticket, here’s the code: [2341160]

Is there anything that I can do to access my account back? Thankyou
