Normally, based on what you shared here, I would expect you would need to make a new account. However, your domain uses Cloudflare registrar, so you will likely have additional account recovery measures. You will need to continue working directly with Cloudflare support via your ticket. The Community will not be able to assist.
Once you have regained access, I recommend that you create some emergency one-time codes and store them somewhere safe where you won’t lose them. I like to keep mine in a password safe.
