We are currently experiencing an issue logging into constantcontact.com from our office network. Each time we attempt to log in, we are redirected to the Cloudflare “Verify You Are Human” page. After checking the verification box, the process loops back to the same page repeatedly without allowing access.

Could you please create a Support Case and share the case ID here to follow up?

As far as I can see, most of your Managed Challenges are generated by Rate Limiting Rules. We can probably start our troubleshooting from there.
