Looks like cloudflare blocks my payment provider

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I expect callback from my payment provider (217.117.76.1). I don’t receive the call back since Dec 16.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked WAF config, events logs and contaacted support of the payment provider, the reply was they don’t block any Cloudflare IPs.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

When I switched off cloudflare (changed DNS to website directly) everything works well

I’d troubleshoot further by adding your own server IP address and the IP address of your payment provider to the IP Access Rules with the action “allow”, followed by Purging the cache at Cloudflare.
