I’m having the same issue. I’m trying to add my website to Cloudflare, but I keep getting a notice about unpaid invoices, even though there’s nothing there. When I try to reach out, support doesn’t respond. It’s been over 24 hours since I contacted them. This has really discouraged me from upgrading to a better plan. I keep wondering what would happen if I had this kind of problem with my site fully migrated to Cloudflare. Amazon seems more reliable.

Sorry for the issues, I see a couple of ticket, 01305116 is one of them. No more tickets are necessary, I will flag that for my colleagues in Support.

Okay. I’m waiting. So far, no resolution or contact.
I’ve been waiting for three days for them to fix this. No support or contact from them whatsoever.
