Long response from the Trust and Safety Team.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

On December 11, I created a ticket in Cloudflare support, in which I was informed that my case was transferred to the Trust and Safety Team. It’s already December 19 and I still haven’t received a response. Is the Trust and Safety Team really that busy right now? Or did they not see my ticket. I did not make a complicated request, so I don’t understand why I have to wait so long for a response. I want to get my problem sorted out as soon as possible, so I need to get a response from T & S. Trust and Safety issues can only be resolved by that team. No one in the Community or at Cloudflare support has visibility into that department. Unfortunately, it takes however long it takes and only they can work the issue with you.
