Login Error Description On the official registration page, after entering the username and password, the system displays “Login Successful.” However, the page remains on the “Login/Register” screen and does not correctly redirect to the logged-in page. If the login button is clicked again, an error message appears, and it may even display incorrect user data (e.g., showing information of another user). Additionally, when the page switches from desktop to mobile view, the system prompts the user to re-enter their username and password, and the error persists, preventing a successful login.

Probably, this page is being cached, and it should be avoided. You can create a cache rule in your dashboard to bypass cache for this URL path especially. Go to your dashboard > select your domain > Caching > Cache Rules. Click on “+ Create rule” button. Give your rule a name, and proceed as shown in the image below:
