Login problem with [email protected]

We are trying to update SSL certificate for quizup.com .
Unable to login and not getting any token to registered mail id.([email protected])

Please enter the Authentication Token that was sent to the email associated with this account.

Please help us to get the Token mail from Cloudflare ,as our certificate is going to expire in another 8 hours.

quizup.com appears to be a partner setup. You best contact your host in this regard.

But the question is why we are not receiving any mails to [email protected]
I have tried to login (asking authentication token) and forgot password also not getting any mails.
Last year we had got the token to the same mail and able to update SSL certificate.

In that case send them from that very address an email to [email protected] and maybe they can check out why you might not receive an email. Maybe the address of the account has been changed or the email gets stuck in some filter.

checked all filters not received any from Cloudflare. Your asking me to send mail to [email protected] for the investigation.
