Login issues with a newly purchased domain

About a month or two ago, I directed my client to purchase a domain from cloudflare, and now I realize it was a bad idea because he cannot find any documentation about his account. Because it had been inactive for over a month, it was deleted.

I’m wondering if it’s enough to have a receipt for the domain to ask cloudflare to let us know which account of his might be the one that he purchased the domain with. However, each time I try to ask about it on their helpline, it tells me that I cannot ask about that domain because I’m not the owner of the domain.

How do I go about getting access back? Also, this client has difficulty using the interface, and would prefer that I myself access it for him. This also seems to be against their policy.

The best way is to have the client contact Cloudflare support themselves, as they would be the domain owner.
