I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing while trying to access the website.
As of July 26, 2023, I am unable to log in to the portal using my registered email address: [email protected]. Strangely, this is the same email I used successfully to log in before the mentioned date.
To troubleshoot, I attempted to reset my password using the “Forgot password” option, and though I followed the process diligently, I still couldn’t access my account after changing the password.
I just tried to re-login and said I am blocked. I am sharing the screen with this email.
Unfortunately, this login problem is preventing me from making the much-needed H1-B Visa payment to secure a visa slot. I am eager to proceed with the booking as soon as possible, but this technical difficulty is hindering my progress.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your help is invaluable, and I greatly appreciate your attention to this urgent issue.
