Hi there,
I am really sorry but I am not able to write a ticket to support. Everytime I click on “Submit a request” in the Help Center I am redirected to the login page. I am already logged in. I re-login, Help Center, “Submit a request”. I am redirected to login page.

I am going mad. Any help please?

Please, consider I’ve already changed browser, already cleared cache, cleared cookie. I am going crazy with this.

Strange. Try the incognito mode.

FYI it happens also in incognito mode. I can really not understand what’s happened to our account. It’s a little bit annoying. I will try to write a note to the email address.

I suspect you changed your account email at one point and the system didn’t complete that update on our support platform.

If you email support[@]Cloudflare from your current account email address, and then let me know the ticket number, I can merge the accounts so it won’t happen again.

Hi @ryan, you got it. We did change our email address few months ago. I’d open a ticket few days ago, this is the ID: #1519416
