Login authentication failed

When I try to login to Cloudflare account I am followed to the page below:

Login Authentication

You’re attempting to log into Cloudflare from an unrecognized IP Address. Please enter the Authentication Token that was sent to the email associated with this account.

The problem is that I am not receiveng the Authentication Token in my email.

When trying to recover the account, “Verify your email address” is not working either.

I see the email address as verified and the account is not on the suppression list, but I do see delivery as delayed. The last time I saw that message it cleared within a few hours, will keep an eye out on progress and sorry for the issues.
