Logging users out because of a "new IP address" is cumbersome and unneccesary

What is the name of the domain?

not relevant

What is the issue you’re encountering

Dashboard login is never remembered because my internet provider assigns dynamic IPs

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Every time I log into my dashboard, I receive an email with the subject: “Your Cloudflare account has been accessed from a new IP address”
Yes, I know, that’s how IPs work!
I have never in my life accessed the internet though a static IP because it’s simply not a thing in my country, unless you decide to pay a bunch of money for the privilege. My router resets the connection at least once a day and assigns a new IP from the range my internet provider has reserved.
I use a 2FA, and I always log in from the same desktop computer. My other logins are remembered, so it’s not a browser problem.
It would be so much easier if I didn’t have to resolve a CAPTCHA and enter 2FA every single time I need to access the Cloudflare dashboard.

Accessing an account from different IP address is not a security issue. It’s a completely normal and expected thing in many countries of the world.
Not having the option to remember a 2FA-validated login (for 30 days let’s say) is annoying and impractical.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Access the internet through a different IP address

All this annoyance pays up once it helps identifying a single compromise. I’m sorry that an email bothers you that much but this seems like a very odd thing to be upset about, I too get those emails frequently as my ip changes often and… that’s it, not a big deal.

Really?

I’ll beg to differ with you!

Way to misread my post.
I can create a filter that deletes the emails before I even see them, that’s not the most annoying part. This is:

Noted. But it’s unlikely to change. Cloudflare accounts manage sensitive data and unfortunately most accounts are created with users with poor password practices and little technical savvy.
