Locked out - Urgently need 2FA disabled

Like a few other posts here, we have lost access to the authenticator code for our account, and cannot find the backup codes.

We have opened a support ticket (#1759459) but no response yet. This account has several domains that we urgently need to make DNS changes for.

Can we please get our access restored? Either a one time code, temporarily disabling 2FA, or anything that will allows us back in?

Community members have no access to your account. Hopefully Support will get back to you.

One option is to change the name servers for your domain over to something you control so you can make those DNS changes. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for Support.
