What is the issue you’re encountering

Last night I attempted to log into my WP Dashboard several times using previously stored passwords that were apparently incorrect. I was locked out and still am today.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Requesting pw reset last night, and trying again today but encountering the same block.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Off

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

(I don’t know what the previous two questions mean, so my responses may be inaccurate).

I happened to notice that response headers for your site say it’s hosted by BigScoots. When I look at the BigScoots site, it looks like they also use Cloudflare.

It could very well be that they have rate limiting set up, and you would need to reach out them about this issue. I doubt you have any rate limiting set up in your own Cloudflare account, because those usually top out at blocking for ten seconds max on free plan, and an hour on Pro plans.

So…give BigScoots support a try. They should be able to track down the rate limiting you triggered for the login page.
