We have a user who lost his phone and cannot access his account. We need support to help us reset his MFA. I have had a high severity case open for over a week with no response.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Posting in hopes that someone will see this and help us. Case # is 01375497.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Be a Cloudflare customer and have a phone get damaged in an accident, apparently

Hello, I can see that the Support replied to your case explaining the process, the account owner has to contact Support themselves for security reasons.
