Are you using Orange-Orange (O2O) on your cloudflare account for this Shopify store?

This looks more likely to be an issue on Shopify’s end

Il be honest I don’t know what that means - I have contacted Shopify, and they show me that everything is working fine..

Not to worry, I’ll try and guide you though this to get it resolved.
In your cloudflare dashboard for your domain, could you go to this link and provide a screenshot like the one attached

You might notice different records but expect either CNAME or A types where the content is related to shopify.

It looks like there is an issue between the Cloudflare and Shopify configuration.

All your links including the www are giving the error for example:

https://www.gasmdrinks.co.uk/trade-customer → ERROR
Luxury Bulk Wine for Weddings & Events - Gasm Drinks → WORKS

The easiest way to fix this is probably in Shopify

  1. Click Settings on the bottom left of your Shopify control panel
  2. Find domains on the menu on the left hand side
  3. Check if you have settings for both the main domain and www subdomain, I’ve attached a screenshot below
  4. If, on the www subdomain it isn’t redirect, click on “Change domain type”
  5. In the popup you should be able to choose “Redirecting domain”

I would also on your AAAA record, click edit and enable proxy.

Hi James,

In that case, follow these steps:

  1. Click connect existing domain
  2. In the popup enter " www.gasmdrinks.co.uk"
  3. It should then confirm that the domain has been added to the store
  4. By default, it should be setup to redirect to the main domain, if it isn’t follow the steps from my previous post
