Load Balancing Logs origin still critical

We have two origins configured on our load balancing pool for our DNS service.

One of those pools checks is still failing a day after the service has recovered. This has been working without issue for a few months and has always recovered without issues.

I know this service has recovered as I have external monitoring of the check endpoint on 3rd party monitoring services, statuscake.com. As well as using sites like https://onlinecurl.com/

The one endpoint is currently working / healthy the other endpoint has not recovered.

How do I get someone inside Cloudflare to check this on my account to confirm if there is an issue?
