Load Balancing is slow after the main endpoint is fail

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I created the load balancer for a domain. There are two endpoints, one is same as the DNS record for this domain, the other one is for the failover.If I tried to take down the main endpoint which is same as the DNS record, the failover endpoint is working, but it is slow. It will take a long time to load the web page. My account is Clouflare Pro and I am suing the default setting in the load balancer.
Any possible setting will slow down the DNS response time?

It looks like the failover endpoint itself is slow. You can try performing a performance test on the failover endpoint.

I tried to use the failover endpoint as the DNS record, it works fine.
