Load balancing is paid but won't work

I have ordered the load balancing subscribe and configured the origin pool and pressed “Save”

But i can’t use it. Its not appears in list below

I can’t understand what have i done wrong ?

You just need to create a LB (will set the DNS hostname) and then assign the pool to it.
