Load balancing disabled on ou account



Our load balancing suddenly stopped working http://take.ms/j2ogR.
The error say that the load balancing has been disable for our account…
Is someone know why they could have do that?
I wrote to [email protected] since a week but no one answered me yet

You probably are on a free plan, unfortunately support for free plans takes a bit as they are, obviously, the lowest priority.
