When I try to go to an alias of this domain, I get an error: This site can’t be reached. For example xx.example.com. The load balancer is setup to handle all traffic and route *.example.com to 2 servers in the setup.
I have other domains setup the exact same way and they work fine. Please help all my sites are down!!!
I can ping example.com, but I cannot ping xxxx.example.com
