In pfsense all russian ips are blocked.

Hi there,

Are you referring to Cloudflare IP addresses? Cloudflare IPs are anycast, meaning the same IP might resolve to a colo for you specifically, and to another for me, these colos might be in opposite sides of the world, depending on location, peering and a few other network related metrics.

The list you shared contains the IP addresses Cloudflare might use to send request to your origin, not external IP addresses.
If you’re having issues with Cloudflare sending request to your origin, my advice is that you allowlist them at your origin.
