Load balancer is gone

Hi,

The load balancers configured in my domain are gone, see their image from an old print:
balanceadores_cloudflare

Their purchase was debited from the credit card correctly. But when trying to buy again, an error appears at the bottom of the page. See the image:

This error appears every time I try to activate the balancers again, or create a new one. When leaving this page, they disappear again.

Anyone can Help?
