I have an issue with health check load balancer which triggers timeout too often, even when the server is UP.
The target server is located in New Zealand, health check origin is Oceania.
I suspect the hosting provider firewall, but they reluctant to help, instead they blame Cloud Flare and claim to provide the IP of Cloud Flare Health Check monitor.
Has anybody else had a similar experience? How to deal with such a situation?
