Live input: unable to connect Makito X4 with SRT

Hi there, unfortunately i am unable to connect my Makito X4 (current firmware) to the Cloudflare Livestream Input via SRT. We tried with other encoders like Vmix and OBS which works. It is very unfortunate that decidedly with this professional encoder it does not work.
In my account I can see that there are plenty reconnects resulting in videos of 2 seconds duration.
Anybody having a similar experience?
Thanks!

Haivision Makito is essentially the reference platform for SRT, so I would expect a much better experience using their encoders.

Probably best to cc @renan and @zaid for this.

Thanks for the feedback on this — can you share any additional logs that the Makito provides?

Hi there,
so, I found the time to squeeze the logs out of the Makito. It just seems the server notoriously resets the connection, would be good to see the logs from there (did not found any).

In sum I get
Error 88 - “Operation not supported: Invalid socket ID”,
Error 104 - “Connection reset by peer”

Here you go with the logs straight:

Hello,
anybody still here from Cloudflare staff?
Did you check on this? Any chance we might be using Makitos in the near future?
Thanks!
