Live chat support is broken for Business tier

Live chat support is broken for Business tier.

For five hours I’ve consistently get the message: “There was a problem opening your chat. Please refresh your browser and try again. If this problem persists, open a support ticket or please report it in the Cloudflare Community.”

I’ve filed three support tickets but the response time mentioned is three days. We have a P1 issue ongoing and cannot access support.

That’s not going to help your cause.

I’d suggest that you:

  1. Post the issue here. We may be able to help.
  2. Post just one of the ticket #s, and we can escalate it.

My P1 issue is now just closed thankfully.

Having thought for most of the day this was a SSL issue proxying onto Heroku’s automated certificate management, we eventually found the issue was an incorrect suffix on about 300 CNAMEs. :man_facepalming: Live and learn!

I’ll take up the chat support error issue, and the somewhat maddening Business upgrade path (currently set to activate when my Pro account expired in December!) with Cloudflare support in the tickets.
