Live Chat does not work for Business Plan - ZeroTrust (paid) not working

ZeroTrust Access has been problematic for the last 3 weeks. We upgraded to Business Plan for 2 domains as well as ZeroTrust Standard so in total circa $4500 investment.
I logged a ticket 3 days ago with no reply. Live chat simply doesn’t work suggesting i log a ticket. When i go to the link under “You have 1 active ticket, you can view it My Activities” it shows nothing at all but the Cloudflare Help Center. When i click Sign In it just refreshes the page and there is no sign of the ticket.

I did get an auto email reply ticket #3200125 but no response for 3 days.

Issue trying to get to chat has been tried on several browsers. Issue in relation to the ticket likewise.

I badly need to get a live chat with someone to look at this issue.
