List that Cloudflare rely on for blocking IPs

Hi Guys, I hope that you can help me.

When I try to get a website, I get this message:

Your request has been blocked by a security policy
Access has been blocked - if you feel this is in error, please contact the site administrators quoting the following:

NS Transaction ID: 557748055-PPE3
AppFW Session ID: -
Violation Category: APPFW_STARTURL
Violation Details: 179.49.0.122 557748055-PPE3 - App_FW_Profile_IP_Reputation Disallow Illegal URL: https://www.compraspublicas.gob.ec/ProcesoContratacion/compras/EP/home.cpe <blocked>

And that’s it, I don’t have a clue of the reason: I looked if my IP is blacklisted and only get this
dnsbl.spfbl.net. It is supossed that being here should not be a problem, because i don’t run a email server locally (It is hosted externally on NETSOL), but, i don’t know if Cloudflare relies on this service (dnsbl.spfbl.net) for blocking sites. Or if uses any blacklist server that includes this match. At the end will be the same result.

Any minimal help would be appreciated.

If your problem is when accessing the www.compraspublicas.gob.ec site, they’re not even using Cloudflare, so this has nothing to do with Cloudflare.

I suggest you contact the site administrators, as directed.
