List of all Countries, Regions, Cities available via cf.request

Hello,
I am building a registration form where I’d like the “Country”, “Region” and “City” options to be autoselected based on the user’s IP.

Where can I find a full list of all the Countries, Regions and Cities accessible via:

  • request.cf.country
  • request.cf.region
  • request.cf.city
