List: filters.api.IPv6 IP addresses are not supported

Good day!

I am trying to add an IPv6 to the a list (Configurations > Lists). Adding an IPv4 works perfectly fine, adding a CIDR to both IPv4 and IPv6 as well. But when I want to add a single IPv6, I am getting an error:

(IPv6 address) is not a valid value for ip because filters.api.IPv6 IP addresses are not supported. We suggest using a /64 CIDR instead (Code: 10038)

On the top of the configuration page it claims that Lists can contain any combination of IPv4, IPv6 and any CIDR.. I have tried using the expanded IPv6 address as well, but no luck there.

Any tips or ideas on how to add a single IPv6 address to the list? Iā€™m not seeing myself adding millions IPv6 using CIDR

Thanks for your time.

Same here :frowning:

Got a reply on this from CloudFlare support. You have to supply IPv6 addresses in a /64 (with this netmask included) format while adding them. A typical entry would look like this: aaaa:bbbb:cccc:dddd::/64. This worked for me.

Yeah, I found that myself yesterday  Thanks for your reply!

I checked my IPv6 with a website and it was malformed.

But then I pulled the IPv6 from my router directly and it worked
