Web server is returning an unknown error

Multimetertools my website, Sometimes it is working properly but after few minutes its same issue which is above pasted.

Hi @nabeelaman125,

A 520 error occurs when the connection started on the origin web server, but that the request was not completed. The most common reason why this would occur is that either a program, cron job, or resource is taking up more resources than it should causing the server not to be able to respond to all requests properly.

Yeah but I’m using Namecheap Hosting and discussed with the hosting seller still confused about where need to fix it!

A 520 is practically impossible for us to troubleshoot on the community without the hosting provider engaging and finding the issue, which is most likely going to be on their end.

Yes! but maybe someone faced that issue that’s why I’m waiting for someone response.

Are you familiar with monsieur Godot?

Plenty of people experienced that issue, that’s why there is the dedicated article mentioned by @domjh there in the first place.

As the article mentions that’s an issue on your server and as @domjh already pointed out, that’s something only your host can debug and fix.

I’d really go through the list of steps in @domjh’s article.
