What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

This is a very strange situation and is very possible i’m doing something wrong here even though I consider myself to be a fairly technically intelligent person.
I’ve submitted several tickets , and i’m getting emails from cloudflare asking me to give feedback on the ticket and I quote :

"This is an automated reminder that we are waiting for your response about 01208687 in order to proceed. If you require more time or you’d like to give us an update on details that you may still be gathering, reply to this email and let us know. "

I can’t access any area where my tickets are.

It seems surreal in a company like Cloudflare, but I’m going to leave you the screenshots of the steps I’ve been taking since logging in to see if we can unravel the enigma of Cloudflare tickets or if we can conclude that my brain is dead and I haven’t realized it yet.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

May I ask if you’ve tried using a different Web browser or Incognito mode (Private Window) :thinking:

Furthermore, if you’re logged-in to the Cloudflare Dashboard, it should redirect you. Could you give it a try via direct link → Cloudflare Customer Support ? :thinking:

Yes i’ve tryed on mode private browsing using chrome, edge and firefox…all the same, always end up on the same page.

on the lin kyou provided i click bellow on “Submit Ticket”, and i’m redirected to the same login page and to the same dashboard.

Since your domain has Pending nameserver change status, wonder if the Pro plan is active already, or not, therefrom the access to the tickets … hm, could be some issue since there was recent migration from one to the other system.

ok yeah, that could make sense.
BTW the domain is pending because one of the tickets was directly relationated d with that, since the domain is manages on AWS Route 66 and i was tryng to keep that on AWS and only use a subdomain of the principal domain on R2. But i think Cloudflare requires all the domain to be managed on Cloudflare nameservers to take advantage of R2 cache and other features.
