Limiting access to specific team (email address)

Hi,

I just set up a team and a policy on zero trust to limit access to the website to only those with a specific email domain (domain.com). When I test the policy I get the following error - Error testing your policy: access.api.error.invalid_user_id

I really need to get this going asap. Can you please advise?

Just spit balling here, but is the user that you are trying to test authorized to access the application?

Yes, I am checking with the domain.com email address.
