If you click the purchase additional features on the load balancing page it provides information on load balancing pricing. Load balancing features aren’t tied to a plan type (with the exception of some enterprise specific features).

The endpoint servers amount can’t be dynamically updated, it has to be provisioned upfront, am I right to understand that ?
Right they need to be purchased upfront unless you’re on an ENT plan and then well I guess you are still purchasing in advance. The limits are there to prevent unexpected charges (I guess, Cloudflare billing is… fun).
