We encountered a problem when using Cloudflare to configure HubSpot DNS.
I’ve done some more digging on this issue, and given that the DNS records look correct, I think Cloudflare may be blocking the domain connection as a security measure on the end. Based on HubSpot’s records, this is something that has seen happen a few times in the past.
Essentially, Cloudflare may be blocking the domain connection and in those cases, usually need something called an LOA from us authorizing HubSpot to host the domain.
Where is the appropriate place to submit the LOA file?
