Let's encrypt SSL

I was using the free SSL from Origin but I want to be able to handle www.sub.domain.com
I just got let’s encrypt set up on my webserver do I now need to remove the SSL certificates from my SSL tab in the dashboard

Considering you used an Origin certificate, I assume we are not talking about an unproxied record. In that case it doesnt matter what certificate you have on your server, you will always need the $10/month dedicated certificate from Cloudflare for the proxies.

Then, whatever you have on your server doesnt really matter, as long as it is properly recognised by Coudflare. Meaning LE will work, just like an Origin certificate.
