Let's Encrypt as Universal SSL?

I just recycled the Universal SSL (by reactivating) of a domain, and when I reactivated the Universal SSL to get a new TLS for my domain I saw that Cloudflare auto-generated a Let’s Encrypt cert and not a Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 (DigiCert Baltimore Root) cert.
Is that normal? Since Let’s Encrypt, cert is a paid option of the Advance Certificate?
If it’s normal, there is a way to use Let’s Encrypt cert and NOT Cloudflare Inc ECC CA-3 cert?

Thanks

It’s somewhat random which one you get, but you can choose your own with ACM. Is something not working?
