Legitimate (non-malicious) production traffic keeps getting blocked by a Managed Rule (HTTP DDOS).
I tried setting a firewall rule to match this traffic and “Allow” or “Bypass” but the traffic is still getting blocked.
What do I do? It doesn’t seem like I can turn this managed rule off?

This happened to all zone in my account right now after temporal server unavailability for five minutes.
Then I reload server, but all valid user traffiс marked as HTTP DDoS and blocked.
Is it possible to disable this protection, otherwise all my service wont work?

What is your Firewall Security Level set to? Try lowering it as much as possible:

Yes, of course I try lowering it, also I try to add Firewall rule to completely bypass any kind of protection.
Thats doesn’t help - I saw “bypass” event in log and immediately after this event of force connection close or block by HTTP DDoS service.
