What is the issue you’re encountering

Legit traffic was given managed challenge from the Managed Rules, but didn’t know from which Managed Rules because if I check the Ruleset and Rule it show as ‘Unavailable’, so I’m not sure which Managed Rules that caused this, I only have info for RuleID 8b848462d19f4870a2ecd0088c11f042 and RuleSetID a6905ff86d3844cebc1a88dd80c659e7. This create a bad experience for my users, please help to solved the issue.
