could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.

What is the issue you’re encountering

We are attempting to add a new domain to a new account, but get this “legacy post zone sub request against new zone products” outstanding balance error on the Select Plan screen when we attempt to choose the Free plan. There is no balance on the account.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have scoured the Billing section to make sure nothing is misconfigured, and added a credit card.
We cannot remove and re-add the domain since “Remove from Cloudflare” is greyed out.

When we attempt to submit a billing support request, per those instructions, we’re redirected here and told we can’t access the feature because we’re free account owners. But we can’t even sign up for a paid account without getting an error:

This is not a billing issue. Our account has no outstanding balance. It’s a technical problem with the dashboard.
