LCP increase when caching through cloudflare

What is the issue you’re encountering

LCP increase (1+ second render delay) when Cloudflare caching enabled

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

When cloudflare caching is disabled through page rules, PageSpeed gives it a 98-100 in Performance metric. Cloudflare shows 0% cached with 0mb.

When I enable cloudflare, PageSpeed drops me to 86, there’s a huge render delay that’s not related to images. When I remove the image, the render delay moves to a random text box.

The score declines to 83-87 with Caching enabled, everything set to standard.

Score improves to 99-100 when caching is disabled, have also shared the page results that lead to this performance increase.
