Launching a page using an IDN causing problems again

I tried to launch a new page on my IDN skeet.移动 (trying to launch a page on codera1n.skeet.移动) but its giving me the error 8000000 again
Is there something I’m doing wrong with it?

the pages.dev is codera1n.pages.dev

I was hoping the issue wouldn’t come up a second time but unfortunately it has
as it did last time for me, it created a DNS record and then threw the 8000000 error
