Large UK grocery retailer (Tesco) 'contact us' form gives IP using 8.8.8.8 and NXDOMAIN using 1.1.1.1

Tesco is one of the largest grocery chains in the UK. Using their ‘contact us’ pages to get the form to email them redirects to the domain ‘tescoforms.creativevirtual.com’.

As per the ‘read me first’ page:

PS C:\Users\Simon> nslookup tescoforms.creativevirtual.com 1.1.1.1
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1

*** one.one.one.one can't find tescoforms.creativevirtual.com: Non-existent domain

PS C:\Users\Simon> nslookup tescoforms.creativevirtual.com 1.0.0.1
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.0.0.1

*** one.one.one.one can't find tescoforms.creativevirtual.com: Non-existent domain

PS C:\Users\Simon> nslookup tescoforms.creativevirtual.com 8.8.8.8
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: help87.aws.creativevirtual.com
Address: 108.129.23.213
Aliases: tescoforms.creativevirtual.com

PS C:\Users\Simon> nslookup -class=chaos -type=txt id.server 1.1.1.1
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.1.1.1

Non-authoritative answer:
id.server text =

        "LHR"

PS C:\Users\Simon> nslookup -class=chaos -type=txt id.server 1.0.0.1
Server: one.one.one.one
Address: 1.0.0.1

Non-authoritative answer:
id.server text =

        "LHR"

It looks as if they have a delegation from aws.creativevirtual.com to Route 53, and the R53 servers also return NX domain for the CNAME target:

% dig help87.aws.creativevirtual.com @ns-499.awsdns-62.com.

; <<>> DiG 9.10.6 <<>> help87.aws.creativevirtual.com @ns-499.awsdns-62.com.
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 35060
;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 1, ADDITIONAL: 1

Seems to be resolving correctly from today.
