Lack of aligned DKIM signing

Hi all, I have sent an email to email on gmx de domain from my email info at interconstra com and I have received a bounce, I contacted their admin and this is his reply, as know my DKIM is ok and I don’t understand why they are making a problem. Thanks.

That is a question that you need to ask your email provider.

They will give you a dns record that you can then enter in the Cloudflare dashboard.
