L7DDoS traffic false positive on three domains

I have the same problem with my three domains, especially one of them is more important to me, cloud you please help me about that?

I received an email about a automated system mistake and lifting the restriction and… but it’s not lifted, I’m still getting the same error

Regardless of receiving an apology email for wrong behavior of your automated system and ensuring that my account restrictions has been lifted! my problem has not been yet solved and the restrictions remain the same.

How long do I have to wait?
Isn’t your holiday period over yet?
