Klavioy emails not working

i followed klaviyos article about creating a ssl certificate for click tracking - klaviyo confirmed everything was correct and low and behold NO emails work, you cannot click on them as it says the server can’t be found or the site isn’t secure or the certificate isn’t secure - i deactivated my service with Cloudflare here but the email are still not working. any feedback?

What exact address is your browser on, when you see this error?

How exactly did you deactivate Cloudflare?

If you have been pausing Cloudflare, or otherwise, to use your words, been deactivating Cloudflare, and that the issue still persist, then it would be something you would need to ask the Klaviyo Support about.

Have you asked them about what they see, and what they eventually expect to be different?

Yes I went into my host go dadddy DNS and deleted all the cnames that had to do with sendgrid which is what the klaviyo article provided. I then deactivated my Cloudflare and deleted my certificate from the aws certificate through Amazon and also deactivated my fastly in addition to turning off any sendgrid dns on the cloud front

Yes I am awaiting for klaviyo to email me back but they never take accountability for anything - this someone won’t be their fault even though they sent the article

There isn’t any DNS record for “trk.eastmeetswestusa.com” at the moment.

If you’ve been adjusting things through Go Daddy DNS all along, there is nothing for the Cloudflare Community to do.

I can however confirm that “eastmeetswestusa.com” is with Go Daddy DNS right now (e.g. “.domaincontrol.com” name servers).

Your words here gives me the impression that you should move your focus towards ditching Klaviyo, in favour of another company, that would be more reliable to work together with.

If I’m understanding you well with this one, that you are actually “broadcasting” your issue to a lot of places simultaneously, - that is a thing you should NEVER do.

Opening the same issue at a dozen different places will just make most people get upset with you, and likely, at the same time reduce the likeliness that they will respond to you at all.

Looking deeper at your domain though, - I see no record that your domain should ever have been with Cloudflare DNS directly.

The set up with Go Daddy DNS seems to have been going on very persistently, for the past three years, according to some the domain history that I see.

So the DNS record(s) needs to be adjusted through Go Daddy.

trk.eastmeetswestusa.com I have absolutely no idea where this even came from. Any feedbank on how I can link to the correct url? I see nothing causing issue in Godaddy as the (2) CNAMES that were added to create a dedicated click tracking were deleted. Also not sure what “broadcasting” my issue has to do with anything but thanks for the feedbank.
