Kinsta domains in conflict with another cloudflare account

We have this domain setup in Kinsta: https://berkeleyheightsah.com/ however, there is a problem with the WWW version of the domain: https://www.berkeleyheightsah.com/ we are getting a CloudFlare error message. We OWN the DNS for berkeleyheightsah.com as well as the registration for the domain in Godaddy.

Kinsta says this is because the domain is registered with another Cloudflare account, and we do not have access to this account.

We were told to contact Cloudflare support to have you remove the domain from your system so that we can fully integrate with Kinsta’s cloudflare integration.

We also have the same issue with this domain: https://www.bocapalmsanimalhospital.com/. We have setup a temporary fix through Kinsta, but this will stop working shortly.

Can anyone please advise on how we can fix this problem?

Hi @adouglas,

Was your site ever set up on another provider that uses Cloudflare? If so, they may not have released your domain from their configuration. If you know who that could be, the best way to get this resolved would be to contact them and ask them to remove their Cloudflare configuration for your domain.
