when I reset the network card it connects, then randomly disconnects and so on

Toya provider in Poland.
the result is as if the cable was just disconnected.
ping 1.1.1.1 returns Request time out.
After some time, it returns to normal by itself, or if I restart the network card. After some time, the same thing again.
This has been going on for a few days, I used 1.1.1.2 before and thought if I changed to 1.1.1.1 it would be better, but it didn’t help much.
Just a quick check: does this problem happen with the following IP addresses?
- 162.159.36.1
- 162.159.46.1

so far no problem with ping any address, including the above
but if it doesn’t work, nothing is pinged
